Provided you adhere to the following guidelines, no further written permission for use of The Content is required:

You may not disparage O2 or any of the O2 Group of companies or any of its people/products/buildings in your use of our imagery

You may not use our product(s), product name(s), corporate name, imagery or other copyrighted material in a way that would indicate O2 (UK) Limited sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement.

You are only authorized to use imagery within the The Content. For all other images express consent by O2 must first be given. You can seek this consent by contacting pressoffice@o2.com. You may NOT alter, use portions of the graphics, artwork, or imagery in any way except to resize to fit your needs.

Access to The Content is subject to registration and adherence to these terms and conditions. An appropriate reason and context for any other use of our imagery must always be given and we reserve the right to reject any request we feel is inappropriate. Failure to give a reason will result in access being revoked. O2 reserves the right and without notice to terminate access to The Content.

Access to The Content will automatically be terminated if users have not logged in to the library for over 1 year. Users wishing to gain access after this time can re-register to gain access. O2 protects the privacy of its users.

The copyright attribution must state: "Reprinted with permission from O2".
